ever since i joined HHO you have been an inspiration, i've cried over your sad posts and beamed with joy at the happy ones, like when you went to the show and got those rosettes and shared those wonderful happy pics with us:D oh and almost peed laughing at the one where ebs did something to your leg and it wouldn't bend and your friends OH took it off to his shed to mend ;) :D

OK you met an ***hole on the road today.

That happens every day (last night my hubby was in a cab that was attacked by a crazy motorist with a scary dog while on his way home from work!).

You would have met this **hole and he would have been abusive whether you had one leg, two legs.....or three.

HE is an ***hole.

That is not YOUR problem.

Forgive him for being an ***hole.

Accept that he lashed out at you because he was having a bad day, his penis is small and he is an.....well, ***hole ;)

Don't you DARE (after all you have been through) take his poor behaviour to heart and let it affect you! You are stronger than that!

Wash it all off you - like the dirt it is.

......and go eat some chocolate :D.

I think that had I been in your position (thankfully I'm not!) I'd have taken off my false leg and smashed his windscreen with it!!!!!

Get his number and report him.

There are some really ignorant sh its in this world and you certainly met one of them

Thank you, it all happened so fast and he was behind me, did not dare look behind just wanted to get off the road. It was a black BMW was all I could see when he shot passed.
 
What an a hole !!! Did you get his registration ? I can't imagine how difficult your life must feel and how frustrated you feel at times.

BMW drivers are winkers, I know oh acts like one sometimes when he drives is :rolleyes:and I like to remind him of it too.

Don't let it get to you, I know that's easier said than done. I often read your posts and wish I was closer to help you when you struggle. Random stranger I know but my heart goes out to you after reading some of your threads.
 
Still worth contacting the police with the knowledge of it being a black BMW......with the amount of CCTV around nowadays and an accurate timing of your incident they can still track him!
 
Ebonyallen I honestly thought we lived in a better world than that. I'm so sorry you had to go through that. What an unmitigated ar#e was behind that wheel.

Oh thank you, what a great memory you have, you have just made me smile first time since it happened. Those were great times and hope there will be more happy posts from me in the future :)

Just remember you are the much better person, and he is scum who shouldn't be allowed to breed.
Tell the police, and if you see him again get the number plate. I'd talk to the others on your yard, and see if he has had run ins with anyone else. This is def threatening behaviour.

Agree - plus it is entirely possible there was more than one incident today with such a driver and you may be witness to his behaviour beforehand......

It is worth making a complaint so they can make a log - even if you don't have the Reg.
 
How awful for you!! Please don't waste any tears on this pathetic, low intelligent life form. You should be so proud of yourself for how far you've come and of Ebony for loyally remaining at your side ((hugs)) x

There are some c*nts in the world! You aren't even crippled you just don't have the set of legs you started with. You do quite nicely with the ones you have now and ebony is a saint and a star so f the idiot (metaphorically not literally, that would be most unfulfilling) and crack on, karma will sort him out, you concentrate on you and ebony. X x
 
Contact the police make them aware, your horse is fab and sounds lovely and as for the driver, look at it like this can you ever imagine yourself abusing a stranger form your car.
The type of person that feels the need to behave like this has a serious problem, you just have to think he may have done it to a child or a pensioner sounds like the type, he did it to you.
You are stronger than him worth a million of him, his foul comments mean nothing, you can deal with this by just looking at it for what it is an insecure mixed up individual who feels the need to abuse people.

The bloke was a dick. I'm sorry you had to put up with that awful and pathetic behaviour.

I agree with the other posters who encouraged you to report it to the police. I guess 101 would be the number if you feel able to follow that up.
 
It is worth reporting as this counts as a Disablist Crime. See the link for an organisation which helps with such things in this area. I appreciate it is out of your locality but there may be something similar where you live. All I can say is what a "twit" but swap the vowel around!

nothing much to add other than I agree with all the other posts. What a complete and utter idiot. Being as I'm not that far from you I will certainly be keeping an eye out for such a no*. Gingerwitch if you want a deputy I'm there. I'm a pretty neat shot with a schooling whip ;D
 
Sounds like they really need to grow up. What i really think i couldnt put on here.
My hubby has a problem with his balance and even now he has his walking stick, he is often accused of being drunk.
