What a complete waste of space that driver is! Don't worry, he will get his one day! Hold your head up high, girl, you are worth a million of that kind of pondlife. And what a good girl Ebony is. I know it's hard for you, but just ignore it. People like that are just not worth it.

Oh can you come teach my girl to behave as well as yours - I can't walk at a normal speed either due to severe fractures to both ankles (I was incredibly lucky to have closed fractures or I'd probably have lost them as well) but doesn't stop Roo being a muppet:rolleyes:
 
I'm new on here and I don't know your story but when I saw your post it brought tears to my eyes at how someone could be so downright cruel. Don't let this disgusting excuse for a man get you down if this is the way he drives around abusing people believe me it won't be long before he comes across the wrong person and get his comuppence.

Firstly, that guy sounds like a *****ing w*nker ( sorry for bad language...but its justified), and secondly, Ebony sounds like a wonderful horse - what a star! Don't let one idiot get you down, you have come so far. Karma will come round and give that idiot what's owed to him.
 
You have to wonder how low this guy must feel about himself if he treats others with such contempt. If you'd been a man in a vest, you'd have been called a *******in p****y, if you had red hair (I do!), you'd have been ginger minge, if you'd had grey hair, you'd be old b**ch.

I know it's very easy to be very angry with him (I know I would be just as upset), but I'm sure you've had time to think about it now and know in your heart that this is one heck of an unhappy individual. Pity him (and definitely pity his wife!!). XX

just this morning i had to help an elderly man up who fell over on the road cars driving round him and loads of people about not a single person stopped till i helped him up then a lady came over to help he was not drunk or anything just elderly

shows what the worlds coming to
 
I'm very sorry you had to be on the receiving end of such a nasty piece of work. Pity him for he lives a miserable existence.

I agree you are a true inspiration. You are one brave and very tough person. After all you have been through you are still carrying on when most people would have just given up and fallen into a pit of self pitty. Please don't let this man get you down. Sad though this was I think it's time by now that you grew a thicker skin and get able to shrug this sort of thing off.
It was a comment, a hurtful comment and other people will make the same sort of comments as that is the society we live in today but the longer you go on being upset about them the hurt will fester. You've lost your leg but that doesn't make you a lesser person so stand up for yourself and shrug them off for the sad people they are.
There is no truer saying than sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me so come on, buck yourself up from this self pitying and get on with your life.

Sorry to hear yoyu have been upset by such an unpleasant person. Souns like he was driving aggressively- take something with you to get his no if you or anyone else from your yard sees him again.
 
Gutted to hear that you have been subjected to this, that scumbag will meet someone one day who is having a bad day, someone who is 'harder' than him, someone who will knock his effing teeth out as soon as he starts his crap.
Hopefully you'll be there to see it happen.

Your horse sounds 1 in a million, horses are such lovely sensitive animals. That's why we all love them so much.

You can rise above this and remember how everyone else will see this horrible incident, we only see a brave and inspiring person fighting the odds, believe me you have the respect and admiration of the vast majority here. Have you ever thought about getting involved in para dressage with ebony, it is an amazing and very supportive community, if you would be interested I can put you in touch with Natasha Baker ( Para Gold Medalist) who I am sure would be happy to give you all the advice possible on how to get started and is also a totally inspirational person. You are already a winner don't let the looser's get you down!! Best wishes .

No one has to put up with that able bodied or not.

What gain did the driver get from that wicked tirade?

Maesfan is so very right, Ebony has taken so much stick from road users and as the saying goes got back in the saddle, she is so much a better person than the one that shouted abuse at her, she's over come her fears and they have been there to tackle and she's done that. So get back on your horse girl, don't let a little ******** freak you out,take a camera next time or a tyzer??:D:D:D, he's on a short life to hell anyway.:D:D:D
