ACAS and your experiences in the equestrian world

I am new to the forum , but hope some of you can help me, and help my daughter. Do you have any experience with dealing with ACAS ? I am seriously concerned about pay conditions in the equestrian world. Have you taken advice from ACAS? Did it help you? Did you get a financial settlement? How long did it take? Did you need a solicitor too? Lots of questions, but if you can answer any, I will be most grateful. Thank you.
