I won't go into indepth details but basically permission has been given to our yard to use a local track which we have just recently started to use. Permission was granted by the landowner. While going along the track on 2 occassions a neighbour has revved his car along the track behind the horses and proceeded to have a go at the riders telling them they should not be riding on there. This neighbour according to the land owner only has right of access to his property along the track. According to the neighbour the land owner does not have the right to give us permission to use the track. The landowner has told us to keep riding it and to ignore the neighbour. Obviously we don't want to cause bad feeling but surely we are doing nothing wrong as we do have permission but the neighbour has told us in no uncertain terms to not use the track in future. Where do we stand?
