Accident northbound on M1 between Rotherham & Barnsley

We drove past at about 4.30 ish, accident involved a car and a car towing a horsebox. Fire Brigade and several police cars in attendance. Anyone know what happened? Hope the trailer was empty

iv just found on highways agency website saying serious accident one lane has been closed and a delay of 40 minutes.
south yorkshire northbound.

it must be prety bad as the accident went on the net at 11 am and yo drove past at 4:30 pm and it was still there. hope its all ok
