accomodation in Oxon wanted

Am starting a new job next month and have found my mare a livery yard in cassington and am now looking for a house share/cheap flat for myself in Cassington, Yarnton, woodstock, Kidlington, Eynsham...area!

Exteremely knowledgeable equine person, great respectable housemate, would consider any options if anyone knows of anything going..?
