Has anyone tried using either a muck hoover or a garden vacuum to pick up and clear acorns? Wondering if either option works well enough to make it worth hiring one - would save a lot of raking if it did!

I've used a trafalgar poo vac. But it doesn't suck the ones 1/2 in mud 
I raked a bit and sucked a lot! Are they all dropped yet? It might not be worth you hiring one for a couple of weeks yet?

Thanks Lovescobs, good to know it got the non-muddy ones up. Were you hoovering off short grass or long?
