Acoustic ears

Do they work? Specifically to reduce spook spin moves.

They do work but not sure about curing the spook and spin. You could try ear plugs if its noise that causes it .

I use the Masta sound proof ones when the wind is howling - my horse seems to go better in them but that's probably because he hates the wind in his ears!
