Activate Your Seat or Equipilates?

I am also keen to do this, but i can't quite make my mind up which programme to follow either, right now I am just thinking to keep with my yoga (Down Dog App) but wiht more core/hip openers/lower back stuff so I would also be interested to hear what people have tried and can recommend.
 
I know Shoestring Eventing is using Activate my Seat and likes it. I thought she did a review on it but can’t see it at the moment.
 
I would just find a normal, reputable, Pilates mat class near you. I have done Pilates for a while now and it has made such a difference to my riding, I am much more balanced and stable in the saddle.
 
I’m a fan of Activate Your Seat. For me, it’s been more effective than Pilates. You do need to do the exercises regularly to get the best results.
