active rider horse camps

iv not been but would love to. they are suitable for all levels and you can chose which type of lessons you want. a nice trip away for u and ur horse to learn new things, bond and have fun.

They are fab, I did the Jump Camp and am going on the Event Camp in a couple of weeks, you state your level, how honest you are depends on how well matched the group is ;) all levels are welcome as far as I know :)

I did the photography at the Active Rider Show Camp a few weeks back, If i still had my welshie i would loved to have taken my old mare to one, very relaxed but informative and a lovely bunch of people

I've booked to go to the one in June at Kelsall it's the BHS positive handling course...hope they are prepared for us!! Lol!!

I did the Event Camp at Kelsall back in 2009 it was really good and groups were pretty well matched with similar experiences and requirements out of the course. I think the one I did was the first one they ran at Kelsall and I thought it was really good with excellent facilities for lessons, stabling etc.

I don't recommend you take my friend Jane with you though, as I had a horrendous hangover on the Sunday that I totally blame her for. I have no idea how I managed a SJ AND a XC lesson that last day let alone pack up and drive 2 hours back home towing the trailer :p
