Just a quick question really

Has anyone heard about dates for any of the Adam's Farm fun rides (Cotswold farm park) for this year? On the website it said that dates would be determined in the new year but there's no dates yet. I've tried to contact them but I haven't had a reply:

Has anyone heard anything?
 
Have had the exact same experience with them. Have been watching the website to no avail.

Will be watching this thread with interest!
 
Interesting, I've been wondering this too. Keep checking the website in hope but nothing. I hope they haven't decided to stop running them, I've never been and it was one of the things I really wanted to do this year.
 
Te rumour from several sources is that due to an issue with the land owner the fun rides will be no more....shame if that is the case!

This is exactly the same situation I'm in. oh I'm gutted now! :(
 
There are a couple of posts on Gloucestershire Horse Riders on fb about the rides and a couple of people who seem to be 'in the know' have said they won't be doing them again.

I'm gutted if they have stopped, really wanted to go this summer. Girls at the yard will be gutted too as they've been raving about going again!! :(

Although Northampton Park Farm Chasers is good fun!
 
Noooooooooooo ! Have been checking the site regularly, I have only been once and it was a 2 hr drive but more than worth it...... Would be gutted if they are not running anymore...... 60 optional jumps and we must have done in excess of 40......

Cirencester fun ride and a couple of others have similar amounts of jumps, but they are only once a year !
 
An update from the park....

Thank you for your fun ride enquiry.

Running the Fun Rides requires the permission of my Landlord on an annual basis. I am in the process of negotiations and we hope to have the rides reinstated as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and we will keep you posted.

Ciren and VWH sound fab for the local riders, but perhaps not so for those who have to travel a fair distance.

And a cheeky BUMP for the evening readers.
 
I phoned them at the beginning of the summer and was told that they were in negotiations with the landowner (still).

The lady I spoke to wasn't able to give any idea of how likley it was that it would be successful or not.

On the basis that they are still on the website, I'm keeping everything crossed. It would be a massive loss to the calender if they are lost
