Addington report.......AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Well, todays alarm went off at 5am, much more to my liking....!!!!!

Mister knew that once I had plaited him (well tried to!!) he was off again to another show so decided to rear and buck in his stable and forage for something in his stable, then got down and rolled! Bugger!!

My carriage awaited at 8am and off we went... I had a little nap in the box and went over the test wondering if I would remember it because I had put soooooo much effort in the music I did not really concentrate on Elementary test..only rode it a couple of times at home...naughty me!!

After my poop test on Thursday I had a lesson with Dan on Friday who gave me a drilling......to put it politely!!! Sit on my "arse" and blooming get moving! Gulp!!

Anways, met up with Jlav and Jane again! They very kindly stayed and put me through my paces in the warm-up...I was kinda having a cupa tea on board at first but that sooooon went out the window!!!Go GO GO!!!!!!!MOVE IT MOVE IT MOVE IT!!!!!!! Blimey!!! I was pooped after 10 minutes... must cut out the smoking!!!! Thanks Jlav!! Mister soon shifted up a gear..I lost a stone in sweat I think!!

Anyway, not to bore the pants off everyone, Mister went really well, I felt sick half way through my test.....blooming exhausted!!!! but kept on thinking about sitting on my bum and working it girl!! I did, until the final halt, where both of us had lost steam........!!!!!!!!! Managed a smile though!!!!!

So, got a grand total today of 69.07..so very very pleased......had to wait for 2 hours for the rest of the scores............one piped me to the post half an hour into it... 69.57? I think??.......anways, had to wait on tender hooks for about 15 more to go.......smoked about 20 ciggies!!!!! lots of coffee.......But no wine!!!!!!!!!!!

Got 2nd place........!!!!!!!!!!!LOL!!!!!!! Yaaaaaaaaahoooooooooo I am going to Gloucester!!!!!!... Makes all those early mornings worth it !!!!! Thanks for listening.......

Really well done.............your test was lovely, you should be very proud of yourselves.

Fantastic! Were you in a white lorry up near the top end of the temp stables by the entrance to the arenas? If that was you, we were behind you in the silver lorry and I saw you sitting on the ramp with coffee and ciggy having a few moments to yourself!

Well done.

Have been logging in periodically to check up on any reports.

Bannanman, great to see you!!!!!! Blast forgot to say......der....... Bannanaman you did very very well too, and was luvvvvvveryly to get to chat to you too for a while at long last!!!!!!!! It was a great day, and great to meet up with people I have not seen for a good while........we need to do it more often.......I am sure we could talk all night about horses!!!

Matb......good job I did not talk to this "stranger" then!!!!!!!! LOL!!!

Well, when hubby got home at 2.30am I WAS in noddy land, being a light sleeper I had to ask who/where/what.........when I got home today....I was peeved..........SO MANY CELEBS!!!!I missed out on Bruce's 80th birthday bash of a lifetime, friends, old old friends, memories for family, wonderful dinner, wonderful company...names I will not say.. you can see it on TV on Sunday......or read in papers..........I would have LOVED for once to get dressed up, REALLY DRESSED UP!!! I so wanted to go...........maybe another Ball will come up that someone will invite me to !!!!!!!!!!!!!Just want to wear a dress to let people know I am a girlie really!!!!!!!!!...just have to keep wearing my fake bling in dressage I suppose!!
 
Well Done!!!! We were actually on our way to watch and hopefully see you (although I didn't tell you this beforehand) but got as far as Northampton and had call from son whose recent stitched up wound had decided to split open!!! So hoofed it back home and took child to hospital!!! Dam!!
 
You rode such a fab test. I don't know who was more nervous, you doing the riding or me watching on the side? Don't think I remembered to breathe until you did that final halt!!

Good job you bought yourself a lorry eh? Won't have to go through all that palaver of trying to find a lift for Hartpury.

So once again BLOODY WELL DONE!!!
