As already told to Parisienne girl..
I was scared to post about it after being slated last time for advertising! lol But as everyone keeps asking....
He was very good, but unfortunately he was very tense, which is down to the covering. It stifled his movement a bit and he didnt get the marks he has done before, especially in the walk so we weren't placed.
He did a beautifully accurate international test though so I was really pleased with that! Although the commentary was SOO scary, as they said all the bad stuff about the test over the tannoy for the world to hear!
It was funny though, when I first got on he was over excited and he bronked all the way down the track to the warm up, and almost knocked Andrew Gould over, he had to jump out of the way!
It was a great experience though, and the standard was amazing! I cant get over the quality of horses we have over here now!!
we are going to do the Wellington one soon, so I am going to do loads of loosening and relaxing stuff with Merlin to get him back in the zone!
