Wrote for Elem open today.... all 7hrs of it. By the end i'd totally lost the plot, couldn't focus and forgot how to spell

Won by Charlotte Du Jardin & Valegro on 72 or 73%
2nd Tiggi Bentley 71% ish
3rd Roland Tong & Ultimo Hit 70% ish
think Damien Halam was 4th

At least I think. Was hard to see board when i went to check.

Valegro is a seriously classy horse, well ridden by Charlotte. WOW.
 
OMG your hand must be dropping off. Ppl often forget that although the poor judge has to judge for hours so the writer has to sit and write and concentrate for just as long.

Dressage as a sport would be lost without you guys.

So wanted to go today but had to have vet to Cally (the foal).

Bet you got writers cramp!!!!!! Didnt see you again though!!!!! Keep missing each other!!!!!!! There were certainly some class horses there today with a big WOW factor for sure!!!

Freestyler - Foaly is ok thanks hun. She has developed a fairly good size hernia and is booked for small op next week. Fingers crossed it should be all ok.

Damian Hallam - drooooooooooooool. Trying very hard to persuade Mike to go to one of the clinics just so I can sit and oggle him (well me and my friend Lin). I think I am winning - Mike has said pretty much ok for next one.

Lol you sound like me. I am ok when I see ppl with their hats etc on but when they are not on a horse/no hat/in 'normal' clothes I just dont recognise them.

Remember bumping headlong into Geoff Billington once and just said 'oh I am sorry' and wandering off - friend had jaw on the floor.

Ifelt SO sorry for her. She realised after 3 movements and dropped it. I think i would have burst in to tears. She was vey professional and kept going.
