Adjustable knee rolls....

I have got adjustable knee rolls on my current saddle and I must admit i am struggling with getting them just right

Is there a hard and fast way of putting them or is it just until they are comfy

Any suggestions welcome!!

I used to have a Wintec saddle and I couldn't get comfortable with the knee rolls so I just took them out in the end and it was much better. Have you tried them without? I thought the saddle was quite comfortable once I took them out, it still felt secure enough to jump.
