My 19 yr old is in semi retirement. His once table-top back has now sunk a little, now it's not bad and actually looks like most normal horses now! I had a saddle made to measure when he was younger, and had it checked recently. The saddler said it was 'bridging', so contact at the front and back, but where he dropped away there was no/little contact.
She said the saddle could not be altered as there wasn't enough room in the panel to stuff it further, and suggested either a sway-back pad, or an adjustable one, apparently WOW make one.
Has anyone used a pad like this, or have any other suggestions, as the WOW pad looks a bit expensive!
I don't mind spending if it works though, I want my lad to be comfy, aim is to get him out 2 - 3 times a week for a slow hack, less than an hour.
Any feedback/ideas?

OooOOooOooooOooooo..... Suber pad also looks interesting, thanks. And Korrector pads second hand are very much in my price range. :D

A good session on Ebay and Preloved this evening I think.....

Anyone got feedback on which would be best for this particular problem?

Anyone else? Korrector vs Suber?

Seem to be a lot less Suber pads than Korrectors on Ebay/Preloved, not sure if that's an indicator that people like them more? Or just more well known??

welll, if i didnt have a korrector pad id not buy one iykwim:o

its ok as i said, but its a bit of a faff. Thinks its currently on top of the wardrobe!

A suber pad looks less faffy...

I had no idea these existed. I like the idea of the Korrector, I loved my Flair saddle but it looks complicated to adjust. How do you know you are getting it right? I'd be concerned I was making it worse. The Suber looks much more straightforward.
