Think the springs need adjusting on the ramp of my lorry. Can anyone recommend somewhere to get this done around the Leicestershire/Warwickshire area and is it a time consuming difficult job? Thanks

Do you have a pic of the back of your lorry with ramp up?
Can be a simple job depending on type of spring and fitting.

Not at the moment but can get you one. Not sure what it will tell you as cant see any springs, guess they are under the container?

What I'm really interested to see is the arms the springs attach to. If they are bolted on to mounting plates welded to ramp then adjustment is easy. If they are welded directly to ramp then somewhat more difficult.

They can be adjusted up, but you need to be careful of metal fatigue, which is probably what has caused them to stretch in the first place.
PS Timefaulter needs to see the underneath if thats where the springs are!!
