TBF to Admin, threads in the past have contained "hearsay"...

but last nights was good, factual information to try and deter others from getting involved in something they may later regret..and the horse too!!

Speaking as one of the majority of the population, I read the whole thread before it was pulled and I dont have a bloody clue what is going on

Loads of 'he said, she said' 'he did, she did' sort of comments, a short factual summary towards the end, but no actual info on how to get involved if we are concerned, or how to help prevent this happening, or how to donate if we have any spare cash to do so? Cant see the point of these endless Franch posts TBH, I suppose they raise the profile of the scams going on but what else are they for other than to slag off certain unamed people

I know jm07, i used to read them and thing wtf, but as you say, last night's was facts - it seemed obvious that people were being careful about what they said.

the only thing i can think of is that there is a case pending against someone and certain issues can't be discussed/aired.

splotchy m'dear, there were a few references to the new website people have set up - inag if i remember right (but as i have a brain that is currently a tad larger than my skull, don't quote me!).

Being a simple soul I would have thought it would be easier if someone just stickied a thread saying 'if you want to help do X' rather than writing fairy stories about "someone" who might have done "something"

will get shot down in flames and whilst I support what people are trying to achieve on this one with the "F" rescues......why dont people they look at the same situations which are going on in the UK at the moment?????? or is this more derived emotions due to the long distance travelling element involved?

There are at least 2 english "equestrian charities" I know of that are operating in exactly the same way as this! No-one says a thing about them!!
 
These are english 'charities' They are over here, importing meat horses and selling them under the guise of being a charity when they are in fact dealers and do nothing to make sure the horses are well looked after in their new homes.

The further problems come from the fact that most of these meat horses get transported just as far, in sometimes just as bad conditions and end up in w worse state than they were before the 'rescue' people got involved. Also there are no vet checks, no health checks (so major risk of bringing diseases to the uk population) and many are deformed and not up to a useful life as they have terrible conformation and will break down.

That is why people are speaking out against them. And we do also speak out against bad charities not involving the Franch.

The WHW seem to be involved in most serious cases, so that's probably the way to go if you want to support someone.

Bet you any money, that if anything comes of the 'contro band' HHO and Co will preen themselves and have a front page about how bloody wonderful 'they' have been in the instrumentalisation of blah, blah bloody blah! The whole thing has sickened me and I just want to get back to my old life-before 'Franch' raised its ugly head

) Actually I must admit I have completely lost interest too (as well as me losing track I mean), I do think it is a worthy cause and one which I would usually support, but all the endless infighting has switched me off to it
