As per my earlier post I have made the hard decision to sell one of my brood, as I just dont have enough time and he is being totally wasted and should be out there winning. Here is my ad waiting to go on the net. Any comments greatfully received.

PERFECT FOR RIHS / HOYS QUALIFIERS?

6 year old, 15.3hh bay Thoroughbred gelding has been re schooled and educated ready for competing. Super conformation & elastic paces - He is short coupled, clean limbed and has a lovely head. He is balanced and light on the flat, moves straight and rhythmically and has scores of 65% in dressage so creates a lovely eyecatching picture.
He has a kind and soft temperament and is easy to do in all respects with no hidden extras!
He can jump very but would be more suited to a showing or dressage home, as well as being perfect for the ROR class as he has raced!
Just waiting for the right person to be his best friend and started wowing the judges and bringing home the ribbons.
Home more important than price and owner would like to keep in touch.

your best bet is to look at the adverts in H&H and see how the horses are advertised there.

you advert tends to waffle on a bit (sorry not too sure how else to describe it) and there is not enough important info.

You don't mention anything about being good with farrier, boxing, injections, dentist etc, if freemarked or microchipped.
Competiton history, you mention dressge but not at which level.

The advert states perfect for RIHS and HOYS but not why.

Also re-schooled when only 6 years old. Without more info why re-schooled could put potential buyers off.

Sorry if I sound critical but just trying to point things out from a buyers point of view.

There are a lot of TB out there for sale so you need to make yours stand out above the rest. At the moment your advert would make me bypass it and read the next one.
