Whilst on a daily scroll of Horsequest I came across this advert....

Ref No. 68813 (not sure how to post links of them from Horsequest?)

But, is it just me or is there something not quite right about the picture? I can't work out if theres a jockey on board or not  but then again the quality isn't good.

Bit pointless really but thought I'd share anyway :p

It's amazing how few people put up a decent confo shot with their adverts. Or even bother grooming the bloody animal before taking a photo.

Lol it does look odd. Its a lot of money for a horse being sold off the field, makes me wonder why I'm bothering to put the work into my boy and waiting for the ground to dry up etc before I sell him!

It does look very odd - there is a funny light bit in the trees that I thought was a reflection of one of those Champion style hats with the metal ventilation strip down the front!

Looks just a teensy bit distorted. :p

Broken and riding away jumping small fences  that fence is not a small fence. Or maybe I'm just a big baby when it comes to jumping?

I love adverts like that! Put a lot of people off. The best mare I bought was photographed through a gate! She looked dreadful. But one glance at her in the flesh had me reaching for my cheque book!:D

Maybe the person who wrote that ad is dyslexic, illiterate or English isn't their first language. If you're going to ask £6K for a horse, I'd think it would be worth getting some decent photos and asking someone for help with the written part.

Forgive me if I'm being dim and missing something and it's just a glitch in the website showing horses from various different sellers... but if you google the phone number, look at all the ads that come up with the same contact details. Scam, surely?

I don't think it's a scam, I think it's a dealer pretending to be a private seller. Obviously they have something to hide...

It looks PhotoShopped, the blurry bit above the horse in the trees?

I thought photoshopped too! But then is it just cause its bad quality? I duno! Strange :D

Horses also for sale on horse and hound and has fb page:

I am certain there is a jockey photoshopped onto the pic in question... Certainly looks that way, but other than that all the other horses for sale have good quality pics... Which does beg the question... If seller knows how to advertise correctly... Why list such an awful picture?

When I opened the image in a new tab it opens under a womans name unless the horse is called Leanne? Looks like a Photoshop touch up at least.
