Other than horsemart, preloved, freeads and equine adverts are there any other good ones? I've done a google to try and find some but a lot of them you have to pay and i'd rather not pay to put her on all of them if there's specific ones that are miles better! I've never loaned or loaned out before.

local tack shops/feed merchants, PC/RC websites, local shows etc :D oh and if your at a competition with a tanoy (sp) ask them to mention that she is up for loan :) also word of mouth is very good tell your friends and their friends and their friends (i have found 5 or so loans by word of mouth, although they were fairly short term loans). good luck :D

Local riding clubs or pony clubs. I have loaned out two horses in the past and both were through word of mouth which was nice as the people were known to friends of mine and were reliable and trustworthy.

I think it depends on what you have tbh. If you have a comp horse/decent allrounder I would spend the money and advertise on Horsequest - I think that is the place people look first, that and the Pony Club website. If you have a happy hacker/low level comp type then preloved/horsemart and local notice boards are probably the best.

I didn't think of Horsequest or PC I'll have a look now, I might leave it a bit though to see if the free ones generate much interest, I'm a tight student you see! ha ha ;)
