Advertising sites?

Hi guys,

Ive decided to sell one of my horses but am having to wait til pay day to put him in H&H, horse deals, horse quest, horsemart etc

Are there any free websites now or is everything pay for now?

Newrider is free. Horse Deals if free for under £3K I think? Can't think of any others off hand I'm afraid!

Hi, I would not use Horsequest. I sold a horse thro them as hack,a dealer bought him (I didnt know she was) and 3 days later he was advertised on horsequest again half his age and for 4 times what I sold him for and my original advert had been removed. The horsequest people were not concerned about this at all. If anyone bought 16hh choc dun gelding said to be 11 yrs old begin may 2009 off horsequest please reply!!

I think horsemart is best value for money, you get 5 pics and can do it for around £15/20 and its on for 5 wks!.

Horsequest is good but you only get 1 pic and is much more pricey.

This is sad for you Dylan... But tbh once you have sold a horse, thats it nothing ilegal was done so you cant really blame horsequest.

If you advertise horses cheaply you do get the dealer end of the market pick them up, you always see it at sales when things havent passed the vet... the dealers are round like vultures then there at 'henley market'.
