From just reading another thread i felt the need to post this.

I would like to apologise to all HHO'ers (and santa) who feel that the following coments that i know i have made maybe seen as "advertising the products"

Charnwood Linseed- love it so does my horse
Rockley Barefoot clinic- whilst i havent sent a horse there i think they are a brilliant rehab centre that has some briliant ideas that are changing alot of views
Premier Equine- bought some rugs from there love them
Weatherbeeta- bought some rugs from there love them
Equiport- LOVE all their gear would always recomend
Using Avanti Amorous Archie as a Stallion- Sorry love my yearling too much and he has some amazing youngstock out there!

As this is the time of year to be getting on the "nice list" i thought i should apologise for all the naughty things i have said on here this year- SANTA PLEASE TAKE NOTE

Anyone else want to save themselves and join me? :D

I have to apologise for pointing out that

Heritage are one of the few makers who sell a superb quality truly curved (ie the buckles aren't in line) girth.

WOW saddles are fabulously modular and my horses love them.

Heritage bridles (different supplier than the girths) may be mde in India out of English leather, but represent terrific value for money.

I really think that my P2 air jacket can help save me from being hurt.

Sudocrem is fastastic for curing sheared heels.

Sorry :(

Oops, I'll join you:

Ariat for providing most lovely boots for riding & stomping about in the yard
Premier Equine for well fitting well made rugs (and brilliant service)
Mountain Horse for jackets that take a bashing again & again
Jeffries for Falcon Hawk event saddles that fit my horses
Jeffries (again) for good qual bridles that can be brought as 'seperates'
Sudocrem for using for many things
Rob my farrier for being wonderful and doing a great job
And finally Nick my local farmer who delivers me hay at good price & also takes the muck heap when I call & also harrows & rolls fields - now he REALLY is the best

Oh - and Morrisons for the weekly shop :D

Oh Crikey I'd best apologise for all the highly appreciative posts about Rockley since my gorgeous boy came home sound and better than ever after a diagnosis I thought would turn him into a four footed lawn mower...

Unfortunately I'm really not sorry, credit where credit is due and Nic is due tons!

Whoops! The whole apology thing didn't go too well there did it?

(I also love muck boot co wellies and my Suffolk country rider yard boots too!) ;)

Technically these are recommendations ;)

Burts bees for saving my lips this winter and muck boots for keeping my toes warm.

I would like to mention ProgressiveEarth on eBay - for the excellent supplement ProBalance+ and ProHoof, but also for getting magnesium, yeasacc, and a whole range of other useful stuff (incuding hoof boots, I think) - fast, friendly, helpful service, and the occasional reward for loyal customers included in package :D

I also love my Christ Lammfelle bareback pad.

My Shires Tempest Lite rugs - good price, don't rub, fit a very large horse and never leak.

Aromatique Oils' wonderful and effective fly repellent (SodOff).

Halleys Feeds - practically the only place I can get unmolassed chaff without added alfalfa (or, indeed, with added alfalfa for alfalfa fans) and they deliver to my door :)

Great thread, by the way - have been searching for a leather girth like that for ages :)

lol, only when he's holding onto cattle out in the field - he's got a dairy herd that keep him occupied 24/7.
(never known him to windsurf tho, sorry!)

OK - said it was a weird question! Think you are Hants and met a lovely farmer called Nick last year in Egypt who has a dairy herd and is one of the biggest suppliers of hay in Hampshire :o (obviously not the same one - lots of farmers and lots of Nicks :p)
