Has anyone else noticed the cheeky Shetland Pony in the Amazon add is lame as he steps through his pony flap?

Has anyone else noticed the vicious way the milk horse is pulled up in the Lloyds Bank add ? I felt sick everytime I saw it, so I turn over .

Not horsey but I also hate the add with the beautiful Orangutan in.I am assured it is computer animated,but it still leaves a horrid taste in my mouth.

I'm with you, hate these adverts, although I think the latest pony one is a dwarf, which just makes it worse

Ah, I'm so glad someone else has said this. The Lloyds bank advert really annoys me and I commented to my mum last night how awful the pony's hooves were on that advert, but I don't know if this is common with ponies with dwarfism?

I hate that part too, it makes me cringe. I still cry at that ad though!

Agree about the SSE (Orangutan) ad as well. Makes me feel sad.

Thanks equi, a really interesting read as I have a family member with dwarfism but know very little about it in horses. Interesting to read on the ad that it's a gene from both parents, where as we were told it is just a problem with one gene in humans that can't be passed down.

I can't comment on wether or not it's the same as in humans and horses but having watched a few reality shows its clear it can be passed down.

Yes I got sad when I saw the orangutang advert. Pretty sure it's a real one and not computer animated, but it was probably shot on a green screen and had the backgrounds added by technical wizardry!

Love the lloyds advert but hate the bit with the milk cart as that is no way to ask a horse to stop!
