Advice for boots after skin issues!

Long story short... My boy has had a skin condition, and he can't wear neoprene, and his legs we try and not get too hot! Which causes a problem for a very clumsy tb that knocks together his front legs, so I am after any advice from anyone on some airflow boots that will provide support but also not let the legs get too hot and not be neoprene! I am not sure these even exist but if they do would love someone to tell me about them!

I use NEW fleece lined boots for my ultra sensitive redhead pony. Not ventilated (though I think they do a ventilated boot now) but have never found the legs warm after exercise
