sorry i didnt know who to ask but my best friend broke up with her boyfriend today. shes heart broken.. any advice really appriciated. :)
sorry its not horsey but its life :/

Cry, get mad, call your girl friends, have a girl friends night in, go shopping, haircut, new wardrobe, followed by a crazy girls night out, have a drunken heart to heart [with friends or complete stranger!] which you'll be embarassed over the next morning for not shutting up when you should have done.....wake up with a pounding head ache, stay in bed most of the day feeling rough and sorry for yourself again, crack open the chocolate and ice cream, have a little cry by yourself....and then realise life goes on :)

Then you only go through that stage once and then realise in next break ups it's really not worth it and life does go on and be a heartless cow about it really.

Oh wait that was me. LOL. ;)

Sorry though. Just chin up and bear with it. It will be forgotten soon :)

PMSL Binky L&C is a little young to go drinking I think:eek::p

Oh. OOOPS.

Swap the night of drinking for an extra night of ben and jerry's,home made smoothies and popcorn then :)

Alcohol is bad. Do not drink.
Or smoke.
Or anything else similar!

Is that everything covered just to save my backside from my first post now? LOL. Sorry XD

If she rides, tell her to stick to horses.

If she doesn't ride, get her into riding.

Then tell her to stick to horses.

Bizarrely both far simpler and better for the blood pressure. *Grumpily ambles off with glass of red leaving bottle for those eligible and popcorn for those not*

haha ben and jerrys will do it! ive just texted her and we are guna get our hair done, chinese, ben and jerrys :L and the hole lot :) but she is still really upset:/
he broke up with her for no reason? he said he wants to be gud friends and stuff but idk :/ thanks guys:)

Horses are certainly less trouble.
When you are young, life should be about horses, girl friends, and fun.
I know it doesn't seem like it now, but the years positively YAWN ahead when you can contemplate being tied to another human being, and they will be full and happy years, and you will look back fondly on the summers when the most important thing in the whole world was the thud of a horses hooves, and clothes shopping and laughing with your friends, and just enjoying being young.
No one is worth trading that for. I agree with Miss Chaos. Get her on a horse, and proceed to gallop asap. Yell into the wind. Be free. Love yourselves.
(and with that, granny says, good night :D )

In all seriousness - what skewbald_again said. It will seem like a bloody sea of pain for your friend right now but perspective and healing will come. And skewbald's right - nobody IS worth the experiences she describes. Take time as it comes - and whatever you do make sure you are doing the best for yourselves.
