Shilasdair
Patting her thylacine
Hi
I'm not a dog person (thankfully - y'all seem to be barking mad ) but my short, hairy footed friend would like some advice.
She's 9 years old, and a cocker spaniel.
She is generally sound when running around, but paces rather than walks (forgive horse terminology).
After she has been lying down snoozing though, she takes some very lame steps on a front leg - the lameness wears off in maybe half a dozen steps. To me it looks very much like mild arthritis.
Before we go down the vet route, are there any supplements/foods or anything that you dog people recommend to help Stepdog?
Anything/everything considered.
Thanks.
