Advice... Have I missed anything?

Lucky girl - she has landed on her feet and certainly is getting the full go over.
I'm sure it has been said and it sounds like you know what you're about but make sure to keep up the follow on anthelmintic and antiparastic treatments. Give a follow on dose in a few weeks (depends on product you're using and what you're treating as to how long) and a fecal egg count in a few weeks might be no harm.

All the best with her, you are doing a fab job and I'm sure you'll have a great friend and lots of fun with her in the future x

She is has now been wormed again this time with ivermectin and will worm count in about 4 weeks to check we are clear.
Lice and ring worm free
10 days ago she went to my friends on grass livery with 14 horse on 24 acres so lots of grass and natural movement as the herd move round a lot!! She is now really starting to pile on the weight as well as building some muscle due to moving more, still got along way to go but feeling positive about her improvement.
Since the move I have dropped all hard feed as Dr Green seems to be doing the best job on its own.
She was slightly lame/foot sore after trim but is definitely sound now as took me 10 mins to bloody catch her today to check her over!!!
Current plan is to just leave her for the next month and then make a decision on whether to leave her out or bring her back home and start some work
