I have the Easimats, the company delivered them quickly, they are easy to cut and fit and very lightweight for cleaning etc. I don't know anything about the equimats but would definitely recommend the easimats.

I'd get the equimats because they lock together and the others don't look like they do. EVA is much lighter than rubber which is great because its easy to manoeuvre but it can stretch and skew a little. My EVA mats have stretched a small amount but having the locking edges has pretty much kept it where I want it - I think if it hadn't been locked together I may have had edges coming up and being a trip hazard.

I was told to avoid EVA mats as they didn't last and compressed down so that they weren't thick anymore so I wouldn't reccomend either of them.

I've had my EVA mats for over 5 years now and they are still going strong and remain a decent thickness :)

I'd go for EVA over rubber every time.

Equimats, had them for about 5 years now and still going strong, added another stable, tried to do it on the cheap and ended up getting rid of the other mats and shelling out for the Equimats. They link together so don't move about and can be lifted by one person (although not the lightest!!). Have road nails in and they've still lasted, although I have the thick version of them - for oldies and foaling.

I have HorseMats. The good thing is that they drain in any direction underneath also you can get clips to hold them together. I have a very large friesian who seems fine - in fact a few times in the summer he laid down just on the mats without any bedding which was a surprise as you can't see a black horse in a black stable on a sunny day!:)

Equimats. I've had mine 6 years & they haven't compacted. Apart from a colour change where they wee most they're as good as new. I also have the thicker version which I got for near on the same price as the standard ones in a deal.
