Can anyone help!
My aged mare was diagnoised with Kissing Spine two years ago. The vet at the time did steriod injections in her back. These have helped her greatly and she appears to have been comfortable and well since the injections. Since the KS was diagnosed she has been semi-retired happy hack. She is a much loved member of our family.
For some reason this week, she has had three lumps, which have appeared over the areas of her spine where the vet did the injections. The lumps are hard to touch, there is no heat in that area and they do not seem to bother her in anyway at all.
Why would this happen after all this time, and is there anything I should do?
Any help gratefully received!
Thankies
