Hi - could really do with some advice on my lovely 14.2hh coloured cob .... well i think hes lovely anyway :)
Not sure if he would be better suited in a traditional class (once the mane and feather have grown out) or a show cob class, have not really had a lot to do with either so if anyone could give me their opinion that would be great - cant for the life of me figure out who to add pics so hopefully this like will work - many thanks

Hi - thanks for the reply! Hes 14.2hh I keep thinking get him clipped and then i see pics of him and think he looks good with the feathers! He doesnt like being clipped and it does become a real pain having to keep ontop of it but its something i would be prepared to do if he was more of a show cob and would do better in those classes - as you can see i need help! :D

He's too small to be a show cob. You will get away with it in CHAPS classes but not in show cob classes.

I know this because our little cob is the same height as yours, she was dwarfed by the show cobs, not sure how they get them to measure at 15.1hh. Best not ask.

He looks great with full mane and feathers, very flashy! He also looks very smart all neat and trimmed. I would say hairy over hogged for him though, but he suits both. I think he'd probably fit in traditional classes better than show cob. x
