Advice needed

My 15.3 TB takes a medium in overreach boots, I'm tempted to buy these:

But Will the medium be made smaller due to the fleece, or do you think they will have taken the fleece into account and made the boot slightly larger?

I'd have thought they would take it into account, can't imagine you'd want anything but medium for a 15.3 TB
