we are looking at fencing about 40 acres, its post and rail at the mo and seen better days, which stud fencing, electric or otherwise or other materials have people used and find easy to maintain and be very horse safe? and pleasing to the eye if poss !
and suitable for stallions.
any input gratefully received

We have a recycled plastic post and rail on a short section of fencing between our field and house which looks very nice and no maintenance, however is a lot more expensive than other types of fencing. If you want a photo, let me know

We have replaced most of our stock fencing with horse netting ( not unlike stock fencing but with smaller holes so less hoof and shoe issues) it is higher than normal stock fencing so horses are less inclined to lean over. I have been well pleased with it. Not sure if its tall enough for stallions?? depends how high they jump I guess.

Tornado extra tall horse wire fence with a line of electric at top to stop them leaning on it. This is what I was told to do to make a secure boundary.
