Advice on feeding please.

Hey i am looking at feed for the winter for my horse - description :-

16.3 id x tb 11 year old will be in work from schooling 30 mins couple of times a week to hackin couple of times a week too - he does hold his weight well in the winter too.Last winter he wasnt fed only on haylage as wasnt rode muh over winter. any help appreciated.

I would probably suggest keep it simple if he keeps his weight on well. Perhaps one of the Dengie products plus a balancer, or a leisure/cool mix with balancer if required and make up as much of his diet out of hay/haylage then use the hard feed to top to ensure vits and mins are all provided.

I would suggest giving the feed companies a call, or going on their websites to do one of their "what feed" tests. I have found baileys website and support team great in the past. No hard sell etc just provide you with necessary info and professional advice.
