Advice on jumping (sorry more advice needed again)

Hi i have recently got a new horse (15hh) who loves to jump, he settled in really well and yesterday i decided to jump him, they were only small and he was really good over singles but when i took him over a double he got really excited after the first jump and bolted at the second, bucked and galloped over to the fence. I did try to take him at the jump in trot but he didnt listen.
So the advice i need is how to control him when he does jump/make him listen to commands and how to stop him from bucking/bolting after jumps. I think this could be just something he does when jumping doubles.

Put lots of space between the jumps and try to make the horse take the jump at the trot.
If you want to prevent the bucking, put your hands up: his head will be high so he can't put it down and buck.
Jumping make often horses bucking because there are two same things. Lunge him and make him jump and every time he buck, correct him by making him come back and go back right away...


After it can be the saddle too! Jumping makes really see if the saddle is adapt or not. If its to near the back of the horse, it can touch the spine and create pain: bucking!
 
Get all the usual checks done, saddle, teeth etc.
My friends horse had a habit of doing this (although this was due to a loss of confidence and she would do it over singles too) and the key to stopping it was lots and lots of gridwork!! It helped to get her thinking and get her in the mind set there was something else to concentrate on after the jump and if she bolted, she'd get in a tangle.
She did lots of bounce grids, lots of pole work working upto courses of doubles and it all helped slow her down and get her thinking.
