Advice on loan agreement

Hi, could anyone help. My mum and i are sadly selling one of our horses. A potential buyer wants him on loan with a view to buy. Due to our livery circumstances we have said yes but only for a month. We will need to have some sort of loan agreement. We want to make sure we cover all bases. Any suggestions of what to include? But please no horror stories this is hard enough already! thanks

sorry to highjack the post but was it you who was asking about caron roberts?

if so did you go see that horse it looked lush.

back to post do what was suggested and go to sample agreement and adapt it to you its what we have always done,but all costs including vets should be covered by the people taking the horse on loan.
