Advice on part ex / swap of 14:2 coloured coblet

Hi to all. Does anyone know of a trustworthy dealer who could help me part ex or swap my skewbald cob? I live in the South Lincolnshire/north Cambs area. She is advertised on Coloured Contacts but no-one much is buying at present and there seems to be an expectation that cobs are quiet plods and Rosie does not fit the stereotype. After 22 years of riding and training it kills me to admit that this little mare beats me on occasion! :mad: She is lovely but too lively and quirky for me. Ten years ago I would have loved her! Alas, I am getting older (47!) slightly arthritic and just want a quiet hack these days with a bit of dressage thrown in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
My back lady does a bit of dealing and I know she has a nice, quiet coloured cob at the moment that she is struggling to sell because of the market. She is based in Leicestershire but might be interested if this would be any good for you?
 
I am sure there are lots of decent dealers out there who would take her on part exchange, I know a few but they are in scotland and not really of any use to you sorry :(

I also wanted to add I am yet to find a cob who has quiet plod in their resume :p Alot of riding schools have them and they seem quiet but its generally because they are worked harder than most privately owned cobs... Saying that you do get quiet ones they are just few and far between :D

Yes, me neither - strong, bolshy stubborn - still love 'em though. I agree with the work levels - Rosie is clever and bored and becoming frustrated. If her energy was used up in the show ring or hunting field she would be great!
