Hi,
I really want to go on an intensive horse riding holiday where I can jump, do cross country an enjoy some long gallops. I would say that I am an confident novice. I have just started competing in cross country and show jumping up to 2ft 6 and would be happy up to 2ft 9-3ft depending on the horse. I have plenty of things that I need to work on, such as keeping my lower leg in the right place all of the time, my jumping position etc - the list is endless!
I want to go on a holiday where I can really develop my riding - I am not really interested in plodding along on a hack every day.
My friend said she went to Italy years ago and she felt it had a big impact on her riding. I would like to do something similar - but I would love to hear about people's experiences.
I am interested in places in the UK and further a field.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Kate
