hi, I have never used studs before but instructor has recomended using so recently bought some supastuds for a show that I will be going to, eventually after hours of browsing I decided on the arena studs. (as I will be doing mostly on artificial surfaces but website state they can be used in muddy ground)
My farrier has done a new set of shoes which has got 2 stud holes in each shoe, I was thinking of just using the outside hole on each shoe but apparently there is chippings and concrete to get to the arena so would be putting studs in at the lorry park so for this reason farrier said put 2 in each shoe so she would be level,
anyway getting to my question should I put the same size studs in each hole?, because I read somewhere that it can be safer for the horse to have smaller studs on the inside hole and also a smaller ones for the front feet to help stop jarring on landing. So dont really know what ones to get now
