Advice on this please?

Hi everyone

I went down to the yard last night and whilst I was oiling Bess's feet noticed that she has a dent on the front of her left hoof. She has dented it by kicking at the stable door which she does whenever she wants attention or is impatient about something. I have asked the more experience horse owners at the yard and they have assured me that she will be ok and that as she is not lame not to worry about it.

Any advice guys?

Take the advice given to you but check it with your farrier when he is next out for extra peace of mind.

Ive got door kickers and Ive put carpet on the inside of their doors to protect their feet (and my ears!!!)

I've put some rubber matting on the inside of my doors.

Check with your farrier and a call to the vet on the phone would cost nothing but could put your mind at rest!
