Advice please - chair seat

Haven't read through the whole thread so don't know if this has been mentioned already but take away your stirrups for a few months. Literally do not ride with stirrups, take them off your saddle!

I had the same issue & this worked for me as it forced me to adopt a correct position in order to balance without relying on stirrups. Obviously only do this if you feel safe & confident doing so & warm up your horses back correctly first

I have taken to only riding without stirrups or in two point for all paces (apart from walk!) my seat is flatly secure and balanced without stirrups. It's putting my feet back in them that seems to throw me out!

Video? Photo?

Throw us a bone :D

Zip zoo where do I strait loping for some who focuses on biomechanics to help me? I'm in CAMBS x

You're not far from Ashen Eq centre. They have a simulator there, and Becky is qualified in biomechanics. She sorted out my chair set quite quickly with the use of still photos and video so I could see how awful I was. I would strongly recommend a session with her.
