i have a 4 year old cob his manners were dreadfull when i 1st swapped him with our lil pony, he would drag u about yank his lead rope from you and just run off to where ever on the yard he wanted, if u opened the stables door he would shuv u out the way and run head collor and lead rope or not (but ridden wise was extremly prefect in everyway) with time i had him the perfect little pony to handle he didnt do a single thing wrong, then i had a old lady on the yard turn my boys out of a morning and he took the p out of her and started with his dragging as she is old(er) 60+ ish she couldnt stop him and let him get away with it, i didnt know till not long ago this had happened for at least 4 months, now hes started to be a pig again with me pulling away from me and my loan girl when tied up just yanks the lead rope from the string and the **** is gone and hes only 14.3 but hes big and bolshy but again the second u get on him and ride he is so perfect and an amazing ride for child or adult and dosnt put a foot wrong, can anyone give me some advice on what to do to stop him... his loan and the turn out lady ended up using a chiffney
but i just see tht as being lazy and not wanting to disaplin and i dont like the idea of one of them in his mouth it looked awfull
