Advice please re breeches, can I take these back??

My sister bought me a pair of these http://www.hkm-sportsequipment.co.uk/inc/sdetail/182 for my birthday the beginning of Feb 10

I have worn them 3 or 4 times for a few hours and been washed once.

however the material seems to be like a nylon and has bobbled badly around where the bottom of my coat would have been and where my neoprene chaps have also been


I would like to take them back as I really feel they are no where near worth the money

What are my rights?

I would take them back to the shop and explain the situation.
The shop should be able to do something for you but if they don't you might want to ask for the direct number of the english Rep and speak to him.

I have to say that I have heard rubbish reports about HKM stuff, my friend had a pair of their boots used them twice and the boot just fell apart!!

The shop where i bought them is supposed to be their main outlet in the UK and I know the owner does a lot with HKM to promote their range so I guess this means it could go either way
