My mum bought Tonto (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84AoZjMU7ME) for me 3 years ago. He was poorly behaved and badly schooled. Over the 3 years we improved an incredible amount. We came from being eliminated in our first 13 to winning our first 33. He was right on the brink on being able to be BSJA reg. when I started having family issues at home. I left home and moved in with my dad who is totally unhorsy. Tonto is now for sale at £2200. Id give absolutely anything to buy him back. He means everything to me and I dont really think I realised it until now. Ive talked to my dad about buying him but hes very against it. He has the money, but isnt keen on the commitment and cost of upkeep. I really dont know how to persuade him... It would mean so much to me to get him back. He also doesnt think hes worth the £2200 they are asking...I think he is. Im just really not sure where to start. Any ideas are greatly appreciated... Feel free to ask any questions too.
