ive been looking for a pair of long black leather riding boots for quite some time now. ive tried mark todd, mountain horse, ariet etc but cant get them to fit. my foot size is 5, length is 42cm and calf is 33cm. does anyone now any boots that will be suitable, with a price budget of £200

I picked up a couple of cheap leather riding boots for the summer because I didn't want to take my good ones in my suitcase - I expected them to last the summer and then I could give them away or chuck them but they are excellent so I've kept them there for next year! I got a pair for my daughter who is a satsquatch. I got them from equestrian warehouse online - delivery in the UK is great and they are prompt answering questions. I'd give them a go.
Best of luck.

The new ariats come with a variety of different height and width fittings, without a tape measure i dont really know what your legs are like looking at those measurements sorry but if its any help i have long calves, very skinny and size six feet and the ariats fitted like a dream (slim fit, tall)

I really love the Middleburg boots. Really nice leather (says it's made in England) and on the inside is fake sheep skin. I bought these for when I was in Colorado as my boots from California allowed my feet to turn into numb appendages! lol

I am not sure that they make competition boots (haven't done any research on that). My boots are zip up on the lateral side of my leg.

yes ive been looking at the broginis, they seem the most suitable but they're non returnable because they're made to measure and im worried about spending £175 if they dont fit, did your friends fit ok??
