Hi Guys

So I find myself in a bit of a predicament I have a nice, 16hh, quality young horse that due to personal circumstance I have to part with. During the sales prep proces he has developed a noise in canter. The vet has advised he would probably benefit from a laser hobday if he was to continue on the eventing route but in lighter work he may be ok. My problem is I do not have the finances to support an op is anyone out there interested in him? I can provide videos of him and hes such a fab chap it seems such a waste. Keeping him is not an option.

Thanks

Does the price reflect it? (we don't need to know the price particularly) If mentioned in the advert or on the phone people will make their own minds up. My friend bought a horse that made a noise and needed hobdaying, for quite a decent amount of money, used her for RC stuff for a while, the condition deteriorated and she had the op done. So people will buy if the price is right..

Hi,

I think as long as you are honest & the price reflects the need for an op, then I am sure you will sell. Is it worth getting the horse scoped to see how bad it is?
I brought my current horse with a wind issue, passed a 5 stage vetting with the view of eventing upto novice. Vet stated that he should be fine unless he was to go advance eventing.
I have since had a few other issues with the horse so I haven't got him fit enough yet to see if his wind will be an issue but he has been scoped and his isn't that bad.
Good luck!
