Advice please

I lost my collie last year and since then my younger lab is a bit grumpy with some other dogs more so the ones that are full on in her space she growls at them, I guess telling them off.
Any advice as other dog owners think I'm at fault example tonight I met someone with their husky who bounces on the end of the lead and they weren't happy because my dog told there's off

Ignore them. They're the ones with the problem.

I would say
'Excuse me, could you give my dog some space' or engage with a ball or food or praise whatever floats her boat so that she sees another dog and a positive experience then follows.

I think owners should teach their own dogs to recall and not to bother other dogs. Not leave it up to people like you or your dog. As it puts your own training back

Yes mine has very good recall to a point if she is off the lead and a car comes she will sit on the verge
