I'm in need of some advice!

I have just found out that I've got to spend four moths abroad with work (July-October/November) and I'm really stuck now with what to do with my horse! She's a 4yr TB that I was hoping to train to go point-to-pointing next season (or run under rules if I win the lottery!) and I haven't a clue what to do with her now. - I haven't got any 'horsey' friends who could look after her, I thought about trying to syndicate her but I would worry that she might end up at a huge racing yard where she gets forgotten about! Any suggestions at all would be greatfully received, as I think I'm going to be grey by the end of the week! Thanks in advance! Kay x

Near Cheltenham. I thought about a loan but I'm worried I wont find anyone suitable. I've looked into sending her to a pre-training yard but I've been quoted £25 a day! - It's probably about average, I don't know but I can't afford nearly £200 per week! My boyfriend thinks I should sell her, but I've had her from a yearling and besides I think she's a good horse! - Don't know what to do really! - blo*dy work!

Can you send her to grass livery somewhere whilst you are away, and bring her back in to work after that?

Or could you say to work - sorry no can do????

I would turn her away until you are back. Find some grass livery somewhere. It's a tricky one though.
