Advice ref cuts on horses pastern

My mare has had a scabby cut on her Pasternak for about 3 months.
She recently started stamping legs but I could not see sign of mites but I sprayed them anyway with a solution prescribed by the vet.
Today the legs are red raw and sore looking. A bit like excema.
No sign of pain and did not stamp while being ridden.
I washed them in tee tree shampoo.
What would you do next ?

I would apply some Sudocrem to soothe it a bit as it looks like the spray has irritated the skin. If it doesn't improve in the next few days, I would call the vet. Good luck!
