advice wanted post clipping!

Grey horse had a clip today, but has come out rather more blue than I would like less than 10 days before a major show! She has a super coat, just not a lot of it now..... She needed doing though as was looking shaggy and a bit dull.

Last winter was clipping at least every 4 weeks as it grew so quickly, so I am hopeful.... but.....

Any tips to help us try and regain some white over the next week - At the moment we have lights off whenever in stable, and as minimal a rugging as I can feasibly get away with (still 3 layers at night and a MW in the day). Was thinking of giving her an hour or two unrugged in the field if it is as warm over the next few days.

Any tips are greatly appreciated, I need a white horse again for one last show of the season and its a major one, to me!!

greys offen look funny stright after clipping but after a few day should settle after ten days would like to think you will be looking more grey again, mine is fully cliped out 24/7 and naked in day and light weight at night

Thanks loopylucifer will remove some layers without feeling too cruel then - I have to admit is hooded tonight so my mother doesn't see her and murder me!!
